Узагальнено основні цілі та завдання інноваційної політики ЄС. Проведено аналіз фінансових та інституційних механізмів підтримки інноваційної діяльності підприємств у країнах ЄС. Виявлено специфіку інноваційного розвитку держав-членів ЄС. Оцінено результати реалізації інноваційної стратегії та запропоновано прогноз динаміки інноваційного розвитку України. Обґрунтовано шляхи вдосконалення стратегії інноваційного розвитку України в контексті євроінтеграції. The master's thesis reveals the essence of the concept of "innovation" and emphasizes the importance of innovation activity for the economic growth of countries. The significance of the national innovation strategy in enhancing the competitiveness of the economy is identified. Approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of innovation development strategies in countries are systematized. The main objectives and tasks of the EU's innovation policy are summarized. An analysis of financial and institutional mechanisms supporting innovation activity in enterprises in EU countries is conducted. The specifics of innovation development in EU member states are identified. The results of the implementation of innovation strategies are evaluated, and a forecast of the dynamics of innovation development in Ukraine is proposed. Обґрунтовано напрями удосконалення інноваційної політики України на основі польського досвіду. The master's work summarizes theoretical approaches to the interpretation of the essence of innovative activity as a factor of economic development. The content of the state innovation policy and the essential characteristics of the main tools for its implementation have been determined. The methods of researching innovative activity and assessing its impact on the country's economic growth are systematized. The main principles and principles of the Common Innovation Policy of the EU and the conditions for the formation of national strategies, tasks, tools and measures of Poland's innovation policy are analyzed. The impact of innovation policy on the economic growth of Poland is determined. The main trends of innovative activity in Ukraine and their impact on the national economy are revealed. The system of support of innovative and scientific and technical activity of the USA is considered. The directions of international scientific and technical cooperation of both countries in the process of increasing the competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy are outlined.
