    У роботі досліджено сутність, принципи і цілі Спільної аграрної політики ЄС та її значення для міжнародної торгівлі. Систематизовано теоретичні положення щодо пояснення ролі аграрного експорту в економічному розвитку країн. Узагальнено методичні підходи до дослідження торгівлі аграрною продукцією та її впливу на національну економіку. Проаналізовано розвиток аграрного сектору ЄС та європейського ринку сільськогосподарської продукції. Оцінено динаміку та структурні особливості аграрного експорту України до ЄС. Визначено проблеми забезпечення аграрного експорту України до ЄС в умовах війни. Оцінено вплив аграрного експорту до ЄС на економічне зростання України. Визначено вплив імпорту українського продовольства на економіку країн ЄС. The master's thesis examines the essence, principles and objectives of the EU Common Agricultural Policy and its significance for international trade. Systematizes theoretical provisions explaining the role of agricultural exports in the economic development of countries. Generalizes methodological approaches to the study of agricultural trade and its impact on the national economy. Analyzes the development of the EU agricultural sector and the European agricultural market. Evaluates the dynamics and structural features of Ukraine's agricultural exports to the EU. Determines the problems of ensuring Ukraine's agricultural exports to the EU in wartime. Evaluates the impact of agricultural exports to the EU on Ukraine's economic growth. Determines the impact of Ukrainian food imports on the economies of EU countries.

    Механізми забезпечення аграрного експорту України в умовах воєнного стану

    У роботі узагальнено теоретичні підходи щодо трактування ролі аграрного сектору у розвитку світової економіки. Систематизовано основні чинники міжнародної конкурентоспроможності аграрного сектора економіки. Узагальнено методичні підходи до оцінки стану і динаміки зовнішньої торгівлі аграрною продукцією. Проаналізовано динаміку зовнішньої торгівлі України аграрною продукцією. Оцінено ступінь структурних трансформацій в експорті аграрної продукції в умовах війни. Ідентифіковано основні чинники аграрного експорту України в умовах війни. Визначено можливості та загрози розвиткові аграрного сектора України в умовах повномасштабної війни. Обґрунтовано інструменти забезпечення аграрного експорту України в умовах воєнного стану. The study summarizes theoretical approaches to the interpretation of the role of the agricultural sector in the development of the world economy. The main factors of the international competitiveness of the agricultural sector of the economy are systematized. Generalized methodical approaches to assessing the state and dynamics of foreign trade in agricultural products. The dynamics of Ukraine's foreign trade in agricultural products have been analyzed. The degree of structural transformations in the export of agricultural products in wartime conditions is assessed. The main factors of agricultural export of Ukraine in the conditions of the war have been identified. Opportunities and threats to the development of the agricultural sector of Ukraine in the conditions of a full-scale war have been identified. The tools for ensuring the agricultural export of Ukraine in the conditions of martial law are substantiated.
