Проаналізовано теоретичні концепції міжнародної міграції людських ресурсів. Обґрунтовано методику оцінки впливу еміграції на економіку країни. Визначено структурно-динамічні характеристики міграції в Україні. Проведено оцінку взаємозв’язку еміграції та показників ринку праці та впливу еміграції на економічне зростання України. Проаналізовано досвід європейських країн у вирішенні проблеми еміграції та обґрунтовано стратегічні напрями підвищення ефективності міграційної політики України для зменшення еміграційного потоку та повернення трудових мігрантів після завершення війни. In the master's thesis, the essential characteristics of the international migration of human resources are defined and the main attention is paid to emigration. The theoretical concepts of international migration of human resources are analyzed. The method of assessing the impact of emigration on the country's economy is substantiated. The structural and dynamic characteristics of migration in Ukraine are determined. An assessment of the relationship between emigration and labor market indicators and the impact of emigration on the economic growth of Ukraine was carried out. The experience of European countries in solving the problem of emigration is analyzed and the strategic directions for increasing the effectiveness of the migration policy of Ukraine to reduce the emigration flow and the return of labor migrants after the end of the war are substantiated.Item Трансформація міграційних процесів в Європейському Союзі під впливом воєнних дій в Україні(ЦНТУ, 2022-12-23) Соколовська, Олена Миколаївна; Sokolovska, OlenaРобота присвячена дослідженню змін, що відбуваються у процесах міграції в ЄС. Проаналізовано методичні підходи до оцінки міграційних процесів та обґрунтовано методику дослідження імміграції до країн ЄС. Охарактеризовано динаміку та структуру імміграційних потоків в країнах ЄС. Проаналізовано принципи та засади спільної політики ЄС щодо імміграції. Визначено зміни у динаміці та структурі імміграційних потоків в країнах ЄС під впливом війни в Україні. Проведено оцінку впливу імміграції на економічне зростання країн ЄС. Розроблено прогнозні сценарії впливу біженців з України на стан ринку праці та економічне зростання країн ЄС. The master's thesis is devoted to the study of changes occurring in migration processes in the EU. Essential features of migration as a form of international relations are summarized. The factors of migration and factors of the impact of migration on the economy of the host country and the donor country of migrants are systematized. The methodical approaches to the assessment of migration processes are analyzed and the methodology of the study of immigration to the EU countries is substantiated. The dynamics and structure of immigration flows in EU countries are characterized. The principles and principles of the common EU policy on immigration are analyzed. Changes in the dynamics and structure of immigration flows in the EU countries under the influence of the war in Ukraine are determined. The impact of immigration on the economic growth of EU countries has been evaluated. Predictive scenarios of the impact of refugees from Ukraine on the state of the labor market and economic growth of EU countries have been developed.
