Актуальність теми зумовлена необхідністю глибшого вивчення рідкісних фондів бібліотек у контексті цифровізації, а також посиленням інтересу до збереження та популяризації культурних цінностей. Завданням дослідження є також визначення шляхів удосконалення доступу до рідкісних видань та рекомендації щодо їх збереження у сучасних умовах. The relevance of the topic is due to the need for a deeper study of rare library funds in the context of digitalization, as well as increased interest in the preservation and popularization of cultural values. The task of the research is also to determine ways to improve access to rare publications and recommendations for their preservation in modern conditions.
