Сучасні моделі інформаційно-документаційного забезпечення діяльності характеризуються впровадженням новітніх технологій, швидкою зміною програмного забезпечення, технологічних і технічних процесів в роботі з управлінською інформацією. Набули поширення інформаційно-документаційні системи, які включають документовану інформацію на традиційних та електронних носіях. Актуальність досліджуваної теми обумовлюється необхідністю сучасного високотехнологічного здійснення інформаційно-документаційного забезпечення діяльності приватних підприємств, нагальною потребою впровадження новітніх технологій у підприємницьку сферу в умовах інформаційної трансформації суспільства. Modern models of information and documentation support of activities are characterized by the introduction of new technologies, rapid changes in software, technological and technical processes in working with management information. Information and documentation systems that include documented information on traditional and electronic media have become widespread. The relevance of the topic under study is thus determined by the need for modern high-tech implementation of information and documentation support of private enterprises, the urgent need to introduce new technologies into the business sphere in the context of information transformation of society.
