Набули поширення інформаційно-документаційні системи, які включають документовану інформацію на традиційних та електронних носіях. Актуальність досліджуваної теми обумовлюється необхідністю сучасного високотехнологічного здійснення інформаційно-документаційного забезпечення діяльності приватних підприємств, нагальною потребою впровадження новітніх технологій у підприємницьку сферу в умовах інформаційної трансформації суспільства. Modern models of information and documentation support of activities are characterized by the introduction of new technologies, rapid changes in software, technological and technical processes in working with management information. Information and documentation systems that include documented information on traditional and electronic media have become widespread. Виникає потреба в документаційному забезпеченні цієї діяльності, оскільки завжди виникає необхідність фіксування результатів діяльності, як колективу в цілому, так і кожного його члена зокрема. Актуальність теми обумовлюється, таким чином, необхідністю застосування сучасних високотехнологічних і прогресивних підходів до організації системи документаційного забезпечення діяльності приватних підприємств в умовах інформатизації суспільства, а також пошуком ефективних методів їх впровадження та застосування. Personnel and information resources are an important component of the activities of private enterprises. There is a need for documentation of this activity, since there is always a need to record the results of the activity, both of the collective as a whole and of each of its members in particular. The topicality of the topic is conditioned, thus, by the need to apply modern high-tech and progressive approaches to the organization of the system of documentation support for the activities of private enterprises in the conditions of informatization of society, as well as the search for effective methods of their implementation and application.Item Особливості застосування електронного документообігу на сучасному підприємстві (на прикладі ВАТ «Кіровоградгаз»)(ЦНТУ, 2020-12) Немненко, Анастасія Андріївна; Nemnenko, AnastasiiaУ кваліфікаційній роботі виконано комплексне дослідження електронного документообігу ВАТ «Кіровоградгаз». Висновки за підсумками випускної кваліфікаційної роботи дають змогу підвищити рівень документаційної діяльності досліджуваного підприємства. Основні положення дослідження доречно буде включити до практичних посібників та інструкцій працівників відділів діловодства підприємств, а також внести до лекційних курсів закладів вищої освіти з таких дисциплін: «Документознавство», «Інформаційний менеджмент», «Діловодство». In the qualification work a comprehensive study of the electronic document management of VAT "Kirovogradgaz" was performed. Conclusions on the results of the final qualification work allow to increase the level of documentation activities of the researched enterprise. The main provisions of the study it will be appropriate to include in the practical manuals and instructions of employees of the departments of office work, as well as to include in the lecture courses of higher education institutions in the following disciplines: "Documentation", "Information Management", "Office".
