    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена проблемі документаційного забезпечення системи управління якості освіти. Визначено сутність системи управління якістю вищої освіти, її структуру, функції, роль у забезпеченні життєдіяльності усіх підрозділів освітньої установи. Проаналізовано досвід документаційного забезпечення системи управління якістю освіти європейських країн. Досліджено використання інформаційних технологій в сучасній системі професійної підготовки майбутнього фахівця-документознавця на прикладі діяльності кафедри історії, археології, інформаційної та архівної справи ЦНТУ. Визначено перспективні напрямки підготовки фахівців сфери інформаційної діяльності в Україні. The qualification work is devoted to the problem of documentation support of the education quality management system. The essence of the quality management system of higher education, its structure, functions, and role in ensuring the vital activity of all divisions of the educational institution are determined. The experience of documentation support of the education quality management system of European countries is analyzed. The use of information technologies in the modern system of professional training of the future specialist-document researcher is studied on the example of the Department of History, Archaeology, Information and Archival Affairs of the National Technical University. Prospective areas of training of specialists in the field of information activities in Ukraine have been determined.

    Аналіз класифікації соціальних мереж дозволяє відстежити розвиток української аудиторії, особливо молоді, виявити стан активності, канали комунікації (Facebook чи Instagram), сприйняття мультимедійних платформ, порівняти та відобразити їх характеристики. Оскільки на сучасному етапі розвитку суспільства соціальні мережі відіграють все більшу роль, для посилення маркетингової діяльності ведеться моніторинг присутності закладів вищої освіти в онлайн-середовищі. Аналіз сторінок ЗВО в Інтернет-просторі за допомогою сервісу UniRank (за трафіком, довірою та авторитетом) дав змогу виявити рівень популярності цифрових профілів у соціальних мережах. Analysis of the classification of social networks allows you to track the development of the Ukrainian audience, especially young people, to identify the state of activity, communication channels (Facebook or Instagram), perception of multimedia platforms, to compare and display their characteristics. As social networks play an increasingly important role at the current stage of society's development, the presence of higher education institutions in the online environment is being monitored to strengthen marketing activities. The analysis of the pages of ZVO in the Internet space using the UniRank service (by traffic, trust and authority) made it possible to reveal the level of popularity of digital profiles in social networks.
