Abstract
У статті визначено лінгвістичну характеристику потенціалу європейської інтеграції ринку страхування в Україні за допомогою методу ранжування у п’ять етапів за 2019-2020 роки. Наведено схему етапів проведення оцінки європейського інтеграційного потенціалу страхового ринку. Розраховано основні показники діяльності ринків страхування тридцяти трьох європейських країн за 2019-2020 роки. Проведено порівняння за допомогою ранжування основних показників діяльності українського ринку страхування з тридцяти двома європейськими страховими ринками. Проведено повторне ранжування тридцяти трьох ринків страхування європейських країн за п’ятьма показниками їх діяльності за три роки та визначено їх рейтинговий бал за кожен рік. Трансформовано отримані результати ранжування в їх лінгвістичну характеристику та визначено потенціал європейської інтеграції ринку страхування в Україні. Запропоновано підхід визначення лінгвістичної характеристики потенціалу європейської інтеграції ринку страхування в Україні, який дозволяє отримати швидкий і зрозумілий результат менеджерам для формування відповідних управлінських рішень.
In strict military conditions, the insurance market in Ukraine is experiencing another stage of transformation caused by its European integration. Today, for the successful development of the insurance market in Ukraine, it is necessary to implement European integration as soon as possible. The relevance of the topic of the article is relate to the need for constant monitoring of the insurance market's potential in Ukraine to form an effective modern strategy for its European integration. The article aims to substantiate practical recommendations for improving the method of determining the linguistic characteristics of the potential for European integration of the insurance market in Ukraine. The article defines the linguistic characteristics of the potential of the European integration of the insurance market in Ukraine using the ranking method. The diagram of the five main stages of assessing the potential of the European integration of the insurance market is present. Five main indicators for evaluating the activity of the insurance market of a European country are identify: an indicator of concentration of insurers, an indicator of insurance penetration, an indicator of density of insurance, an indicator of density of insurance payments, and an indicator of unprofitability of insurance premiums. Calculated values of the main five performance indicators of the insurance markets of thirty-three European countries for 2019-2020. A comparison is using the ranking method of the five performance indicators of the Ukrainian insurance market with thirty-two European insurance markets. A re-ranking of thirty-three insurance markets of European countries is carried out according to five indicators of their activity over three years. The rating score of each insurance market of a European country for three years has been determined. The obtained ranking result is translated into the corresponding linguistic characteristic of the potential. The potential of the European integration of the insurance market in Ukraine for the three years 2019-2020 has been determined. The proposed approach of determining the linguistic characteristics of the potential of the European integration of the insurance market in Ukraine allows managers to obtain a quick and understandable result for forming appropriate management decisions.
