| dc.description.abstract | Метою роботи є: модернізація силової головки агрегатного верстата з метою підвищення її продуктивності, точності та надійності роботи. Актуальність роботи. Підвищення технічного рівня силових головок агрегатних верстатів шляхом їх модернізації є економічно доцільним рішенням, що дозволяє суттєво покращити характеристики обладнання без значних капітальних витрат на придбання нових верстатів. Тому модернізація силової головки агрегатного верстата є актуальним інженерним завданням, що вимагає комплексного підходу та застосування сучасних методів проектування. Практичне значення: запропонований підхід до модернізації силової головки може бути використаний, як основа для модернізації інших вузлів агрегатних верстатів, оскільки результати кінематичного та силового розрахунків основних вузлів силової головки забезпечують оптимальні режими різання та підвищення ефективності використання обладнання. The aim of the work is: to modernize the power head of an aggregate machine tool in order to improve its productivity, accuracy, and operational reliability. The relevance of the work lies in: Improving the technical level of power heads for aggregate machine tools through modernization is an economically feasible solution that makes it possible to significantly enhance equipment performance without substantial capital expenditures for the acquisition of new machine tools. Therefore, modernization of the power head of an aggregate machine tool constitutes an important engineering task requiring an integrated approach and the application of modern design methods. Practical significance: The proposed approach to modernization of the power head may serve as a basis for modernization of other assemblies of aggregate machine tools, since the results of the kinematic and strength calculations of the main power head units ensure optimal cutting conditions and improve the efficiency of equipment utilization. | |
