| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено дослідженню понятійного апарату конкурентоспроможності підприємства, узагальненню теоретико- методологічних основ управління конкурентоспроможністю суб‘єкта господарювання, а також розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо формування ефективної системи стратегічного управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства електромонтажних послуг. На основі складеного переліку змістовних характеристик поняття «конкурентоспроможність підприємства» запропоноване визначення даної категорії, яке повинно лягти в основу створення ефективної системи управління конкурентоспроможністю електромонтажного підприємства (ЕМП). Досліджено кон‘юнктуру ринку електромонтажних послуг м. Кропивницький та Кіровоградської області. Виділено перелік конкурентних переваг, характерних на даний момент часу для найбільш успішних компаній досліджуваного регіону та визначено фактори їх конкурентного успіху. Запропоновано алгоритми оцінки конкурентоспроможності ЕМП та його послуг, які дозволять своєчасно виявити та заздалегідь подолати недоліки у виробничій і фінансовій діяльності підприємства; запобігти виникненню загрози банкрутства та укріпити конкурентні позиції підприємства на ринку. The article is devoted to the study of the conceptual apparatus of the enterprise's competitiveness, to the generalization of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the management of the competitiveness of the economic entity, as well as the development of practical recommendations for the formation of an effective system of strategic management of the competitiveness of the enterprise of electrical installation services. Based on the compiled list of meaningful characteristics of the concept of "enterprise competitiveness", a definition of this category is proposed, which should form the basis of the creation of an effective management system for the competitiveness of an electrical installation enterprise (EMP). The situation of the electrical installation services market in Kropyvnytskyi and Kirovohrad region was studied. The list of competitive advantages, that are characteristic to the most successful companies of the studied region at the present time is highlighted and the factors of their competitive success are determined. Algorithms for evaluating competitiveness of EMP and its services are proposed, which will allow timely detection and early overcoming of shortcomings in the production and financial activities of the enterprise; prevent the threat of bankruptcy and strengthen the company's competitive position on the market. | uk_UA |
