| dc.description.abstract | У статті розглянуто питання підвищення ефективності вібровідценторового сепаратора з ступінчасто-конічним решетом, шляхом дії примусового повітряного потоку. Наведені математичні моделі руху падаючих часток при дії бокового повітряного потоку. The purpose of research — to identify analytical study the possibility of intensifying the process of separating the grain of the material air flow and obtain formulas for approximate calculation. The system analyzes the forces that act on a piece at a gathering with stair-stepped conical sieve in a horizontal air flow. Thus we obtained nonlinear differential equations on the basis of which the numerical method constructed the trajectory of motion of particles with different sizes. Approximate analytical calculation of particles motion trajectories based on the fact that the value of the absolute velocity is assumed constant and equal to 1.02 to 1.12. As a result of theoretical studies determined the possibility of rearrangement of particles of different sizes in the layer of the air flow direction in the transition from one element of the step-conical sieve into another. Created a simplified mathematical model of the motion of the grain of the material components in the incident layer when exposed to side airflow. | uk_UA |
