dc.description.abstractРобота присвячена комплексному дослідженню, поглибленню теоретичних засад, розширенню методичного інструментарію та розвитку організаційних положень щодо управління фінансами страхових компаній в контексті реалізації страхового інтересу. У роботі сформульовано висновки та рекомендації, спрямовані на удосконалення системи управління фінансами страхових компаній в контексті реалізації страхового інтересу. Здійснено оцінку сучасних тенденцій управління фінансами страхової компанії на страховому ринку України шляхом визначення фінансових показників її діяльності та аналізу управлінських дій. Запропоновано впровадження клієнтоорієнтованого підходу на основі розробленої шестикомпонентної динамічної модульної системи для управління фінансами страхових компаній в контексті реалізації страхового інтересу. Запропоновано використання цифрових технологій для розвитку управління фінансами страхових компаній. Встановлено основні елементи діджиталізації процесів в управлінні фінансами: 1) оперативне управління фінансами; 2) управління заборгованістю; 3) бюджетний процес; 4) система електронних платежів; 5) бюджети; 6) фінансовий аналіз на базі методологічної BPM-системи (Business Process Management) з урахуванням інструментарію CRM-системи (Customer Relationship Management), що забезпечуватиме управління фінансами на засадах клієнтоорієнтованого підходу. The work is devoted to comprehensive research, deepening of theoretical foundations, expansion of methodological tools and development of organizational regulations regarding financial management of insurance companies in the context of realization of insurance interest. The work formulates conclusions and recommendations aimed at improving the financial management system of insurance companies in the context of realization of insurance interest. An assessment of modern trends in the financial management of the insurance company on the insurance market of Ukraine was carried out by determining the financial indicators of its activities and analyzing the management actions of leading insurance company. It is proposed to introduce a client-oriented approach based on the developed six-component dynamic modular system for managing the finances of insurance companies in the context of realizing an insurance interest. The use of digital technologies for the development of financial management of insurance companies is proposed. The main elements of digitalization of financial management processes have been established: 1) operational financial management; 2) debt management; 3) budget process; 4) electronic payment system; 5) budgets; 6) financial analysis based on the methodological BPM (Business Process Management) system, taking into account CRM, which will ensure financial management based on a client-oriented approach.
