| dc.description.abstract | Метою роботи є розробка технологічного процесу механічної обробки деталі кришка. Актуальність роботи полягає в проектуванні технологічного процесу механічної обробки деталі кришка, який забезпечить задану точність і якість за рахунок впровадження верстатів з ЧПУ. У роботі проведено комплекс технологічних досліджень, що включає оцінку точності та технологічності конструкції деталі, вибір матеріалу та раціонального методу отримання заготовки. Розроблено маршрути обробки окремих поверхонь і загальний маршрут виготовлення деталі із визначенням змісту кожної операції механічної обробки. Виконано аналітичний розрахунок припусків на обробку, розраховано режими різання та встановлено технічно обґрунтовані норми часу на всі операції технологічного процесу.The purpose of the work is to develop a technological process for machining a cover part. The relevance of the work is to design a technological process for machining a cover part, which will ensure the specified accuracy and quality through the introduction of CNC machines. The work includes a set of technological studies, including an assessment of the accuracy and manufacturability of the part design, the choice of material and a rational method for obtaining the workpiece. The processing routes for individual surfaces and the general route for manufacturing the part have been developed, with the definition of the content of each machining operation. An analytical calculation of machining allowances has been performed, cutting modes have been calculated, and technically justified time standards for all operations of the technological process have been established. | |
