Abstract
Викладені технічні рішення із зрівноваження на ходу кульовими автобалансирами різної конструкції екстракторів (у вигляді циліндричного фільтра-сита) відцентрових соковижималок. Розглянутий процес модернізації соковижималок, принцип дії пристроїв. It is offered to counterbalance under way by ball-type auto-balancer of a different design extractors (in the form of cylindrical sieve) of centrifugal juicers. In article the short review of juicers with an extractor in the form of the cylindrical filter sieve is made, the principle of their work is described. The main problem arising in the course of work of such juicers – emergence of an imbalance and vibrations is specified. For their reduction it is offered to modernize juicers replacement in them one detail. Instead of a serial platform on which the extractor is established, it is offered to use a platform combined with a ball-type auto-balancer. Various technical solutions, principle of operation of auto-balancer are considered at an extractor equilibration.
For modernization it is best of all to use Thearle's ordinary ball-type auto-balancer and ball-type autobalancer
with mobile and motionless partitions.
