Abstract
У статті запропоновано методику планування виробничої діяльності для малого підприємства з урахуванням сучасних особливостей в умовах науково-технологічному розвитку. Проаналізовано ситуацію, яка склалася на сьогоднішній момент з веденням планування діяльності малих підприємств Одеської області. Запропонована спрощена система бізнес-планування, яка розроблена спеціально для представників малого бізнесу тощо. The paper proposes a method of production planning for small businesses in accordance with modern features in the scientific and technological development. Analyzed the situation that existed at the moment of doing the planning of small businesses in Odessa region. Proposed a simplified business planning system, which is designed specifically for small businesses. The analysis was performed on some of the above factors, as they best reflect the situation characteristic for organizations planning systems of the time, and at the same time, these factors can reveal trends in the development planning process today. Justified the definition and implementation of management planning activities is a small enterprise with scientific and technological development as well as for other small businesses need to plan less obvious etc.
