| dc.description.abstract | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена комплексному архітектурно-планувальному, конструктивному та організаційно-технологічному проєктуванню 24-поверхового монолітного житлового будинку в Печерському районі міста Києва. У роботі обґрунтовано використання сучасних несних конструкцій, великощитової опалубки та систем навісних вентильованих фасадів для підвищення енергоефективності споруди. Особливу увагу приділено розрахункам елементів перекриття, організації будівельного майданчика, а також питанням охорони праці та пожежної безпеки. The bachelor's thesis is dedicated to the comprehensive architectural, structural, and organizational-technological design of a 24-story monolithic residential building in the Pechersk district of Kyiv. The work substantiates the use of modern load-bearing structures, large-panel formwork, and ventilated facade systems to increase the energy efficiency of the building. Special attention is paid to the calculations of floor slab elements, construction site organization, as well as occupational health and safety and fire protection issues. | |
