| dc.description.abstract | У статті проаналізовано сутність аудиту персоналу, визначено його роль і місце в системі підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Зроблено огляд основних переваг, які можна отримати від упровадження цієї процедури. З'ясовані пропозиції провідних аудиторських компаній на зазначеному ринку послуг та протиріччя щодо попиту на них. Подані результати дослідження проблем проведення кадрового аудиту на підприємстві. Доведена необхідність поєднання зусиль зовнішніх і внутрішніх аудиторів. The essence of the personnel audit is analyzed in the article, its role and place in the increasing competitiveness system of the enterprise is defined, the results of research on the problems of enterprise’s personnel audit are presented. An overview of the main benefits that can be derived from the implementation of this procedure is made. The proposals of leading audit companies in the indicated market of services and contradictions concerning demand for them are determined. The results of research on the problems of the enterprise’s personnel audit are presented. The necessity of combining the efforts of external and internal auditors is proved. | uk_UA |
