| dc.description.abstract | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вирішенню задачі підвищення ефективності післязбирального очищення зернових культур. У роботі здійснено огляд будови і роботи зерноочисної машини ОВС-25, а також переваг і недоліків її решітного робочого органу. Розраховано конструктивні параметри основних робочих органів очисника ОВС-24. Запропоновано використання решіт з отворами, що розташовані зиґзаґом і дозволяють підвищити ефективність сепарації. Розроблені креслення оригінальних вузлів і деталей. This thesis is devoted to addressing the challenge of improving the efficiency of post-harvest cleaning of cereal crops. The thesis provides an overview of the design and operation of the OVS-25 grain cleaner, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of its sieve-type working mechanism. The design parameters of the main working parts of the OVS-24 cleaner have been calculated. The use of screens with holes arranged in a zigzag pattern is proposed, which enables improved separation efficiency. Drawings of the original assemblies and components have been developed. | |
