Abstract
В роботі розглянуто теоретико методологічні засади управління запасами на підприємстві, визначено сутність та зміст запасів на підприємстві, методичні основи управління запасами на підприємстві та окреслено напрямки стратегічного управління запасами. Проаналізовано та здійснено оцінку управління запасами на підприємстві на прикладі ТОВ «Агродар-Україна плюс», розглянуто організаційно-економічну характеристику ТОВ «Агродар-Україна плюс», проведено аналіз фінансової діяльності ТОВ «Агродар-Україна плюс», проаналізовано структуру запасів ТОВ «Агродар-Україна плюс» та здійснено оцінку ефективності їх використання. Визначено напрямки удосконалення управління запасами, окреслено напрямки удосконалення сучасних систем управління запасами та заходи удосконалення управління запасами. The paper considers the theoretical and methodological principles of inventory management at the enterprise, defines the essence and content of inventories at the enterprise, methodological foundations of inventory management at the enterprise and outlines the directions of strategic inventory management. Inventory management at the enterprise is analyzed and assessed using the example of LLC "Agrodar-Ukraine Plus", the organizational and economic characteristics of LLC "Agrodar-Ukraine Plus" are considered, an analysis of the financial activities of LLC "Agrodar-Ukraine Plus" is carried out, the structure of inventories of LLC "Agrodar-Ukraine Plus" is analyzed and the effectiveness of their use is assessed. The directions of improving inventory management are determined, the directions of improving modern inventory management systems and measures for improving inventory management are outlined.
