| dc.description.abstract | Дана кваліфікаційна робота присвячена розробці комплексного проєкту 14-поверхового двосекційного житлового будинку з монолітно-каркасною конструктивною схемою для умов будівництва у місті Дніпро. У роботі детально опрацьовано архітектурно-будівельний, конструктивний та організаційно-технологічний розділи, які разом забезпечують надійність, довговічність та високу експлуатаційну спроможність об'єкта. В організаційно-технологічному блоці розроблено оптимальний календарний графік виконання будівельно-монтажних робіт, визначено потребу в матеріально-технічних ресурсах, складено будівельний генеральний план та запропоновано технологічні карти на провідні будівельні процеси. This qualification thesis is dedicated to the comprehensive design of a 14-story two-section residential building utilizing a monolithic frame structural system tailored for construction conditions in the city of Dnipro. The thesis thoroughly elaborates on architectural, structural, and organizational-technological divisions, which collectively ensure the structural reliability, durability, and high operational capability of the facility. The organizational and technological division incorporates an optimized schedule for construction and assembly operations, estimates the required material and technical resources, drafts a comprehensive construction site master plan, and develops technological charts for core processes. | |
