| dc.description.abstract | Метою роботи є вивчення способів обробки деталей обертання фасонного профілю та розробка та проектування відповідного інструментального забезпечення. Актуальність: розрахунок та проектування інструментального забезпечення, в тому числі й інструменту з фасонним профілем різальної частини, для виготовлення деталей обертання фасонного профілю є актуальним виробничим завданням. Практичне значення: виконано аналіз способів обробки деталей обертання фасонного профілю, виявлено їх переваги та недоліки, розроблено конструкцію призматичного фасонного різця, розроблено конструкцію круглого фасонного різця, розроблені шаблони та контршаблони для контролю фасонного профілю різців. The purpose of the work is to study the methods of processing the details of the rotation of the shaped profile and to develop and design the appropriate tooling. Relevance: calculation and design of tool support, including a tool with a shaped profile of the cutting part, for the manufacture of parts of rotation of a shaped profile is an actual production task. Practical meaning: an analysis of the methods of processing the details of the rotation of the shaped profile was performed, their advantages and disadvantages were identified, the design of a prismatic shaped cutter was developed, the design of a circular shaped cutter was developed, templates and counter-templates were developed to control the shaped profile of the cutters. | |
