| dc.description.abstract | У кваліфікаційній роботі вдосконалено конструкцію щілиноріза ЩЗН-1,5 шляхом розробки лапи-наповнювача з жорсткою гвинтовою стяжкою. Обґрунтовано перехід на симетричну дволапову схему розставлення робочих органів, що підвищує продуктивність агрегату в полі на 39%. За допомогою другого закону Ньютона визначено раціональний кут установки долота (35º), який знижує тяговий опір знаряддя та забезпечує самоочищення леза. Запропоновані технічні рішення подовжують строк служби водопоглинаючих щілин до 3–4 років. In this qualification paper, the design of the SZN-1.5 subsoiler-slotter has been improved through the development of a filler share with a rigid screw tie-rod. The transition to a symmetrical dual-share layout of the working tools is substantiated, which increases the field productivity of the unit by 39%. By applying Newton's second law, the rational installation angle of the chisel was determined to be 35°, which reduces the draft resistance of the implement and ensures the self-cleaning effect of the blade. The proposed technical solutions extend the functionality lifespan of the water-absorbing slots to 3–4 years. | |
