| dc.description.abstract | У роботі досліджено теоретичні та методичні основи системи фінансового забезпечення закладів охорони здоров’я. Поглиблено сутність фінансових ресурсів закладів охорони здоров’я, визначено їх структуру, специфічні риси та охарактеризовано фактори впливу на формування. Досліджено особливості автономізації лікувально-профілактичних закладів. Проаналізовано абсолютні та відносні показники КНП «Центральна міська лікарня» Кропивницької міської ради». Досліджено особливості діяльності закладу; розглянуто організаційну структуру КНП «Центральна міська лікарня», включаючи стаціонар та поліклініку; здійснено аналіз стану управління КНП «Центральна міська лікарня» в період реформації. Розроблено пропозиції стосовно вдосконалення управління фінансовими ресурсами закладів охорони здоров’я. Запропоновано модель фінансового забезпечення розвитку закладів охорони здоров’я; доведено необхідність формування Інвестиційного фонду з метою фінансування процесів створення медичних інновацій; обґрунтовано необхідність створення відділення легеневої терапії з кабінетом променевої діагностики на базі КНП «Центральної міської лікарні» Кропивницької міської ради. The paper investigates the theoretical and methodological foundations of the system of financial support of health care institutions. The essence of financial resources of health care institutions is deepened, their structure, specific features and factors of influence on formation are defined. Peculiarities of autonomy of treatment-and-prophylactic establishments are investigated. The absolute and relative indicators of the Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise "Central City Hospital" of the Kropyvnytskyi City Council" were analyzed. The peculiarities of the institution's activity are investigated; the organizational structure of the Central City Hospital was considered, including the hospital and the polyclinic; the analysis of the state of management of KNP "Central city hospital" in the period of reformation is carried out. Proposals have been developed to improve the management of financial resources of health care facilities. A model of financial support for the development of health care facilities is proposed; the necessity of formation of the Investment fund for the purpose of financing of processes of creation of medical innovations is proved; the necessity of creation of department of pulmonary therapy with an office of radiological diagnostics on the basis of Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise "Central City Hospital" of the Kropyvnytskyi City Council" is substantiated. | |
