| dc.description.abstract | Розглянуто основні положення та визначено можливості використання системно-рефлексивної парадигми регулювання при проектуванні змін інституціонального простору соціально-економічних відносин. Розроблено схему структурної побудови механізму регулювання національного ринку праці, що базується на реалізації рефлексивного підходу до організації взаємин суб’єктів даного ринку в контексті розбудови інформаційно-інституціонального середовища взаємодії. Розглянуто систему рефлексивних впливів, орієнтованих на упорядкування соціально-економічних відносин на основі підтримки сприйняття суб’єктами ринку цінностей, образів та уявлень, сформованих в інституціональному просторі регулювання національного ринку праці. Розкрито логіку здійснення регулятивного впливу на процеси забезпечення продуктивної зайнятості в рамках рефлексивно-інституціонального регламентування взаємодії учасників національного ринку праці. Доведено необхідність використання сукупності інституціональних норм і правил, рутин й обмежень для ідентифікації, оформлення та випереджальної гармонізації інтересів учасників національного ринку праці при формуванні інформаційних моделей рефлексивної взаємодії в рамках розбудови полісуб’єктного середовища ринкових відносин. The main provisions and the possibilities of using the system-reflexive paradigm of regulation in designing changes in the institutional space of socio-economic relations considered. The scheme of structural construction of the national labor market regulation mechanism which is based on the implementation of a reflexive approach to the organization of relations between the subjects of this market in the context of developing the information and institutional environment of interaction developed. The system of reflexive influences focused on the regulation of socio-economic relations considered on the basis of the support of the market values subjects perception, images and representations formed in the institutional space of regulation of the national labor market considered. The logic of the implementation of the regulatory influence on the processes of providing productive employment within the framework of the reflexive-institutional regulation of the interaction of the participants of the national labor market revealed. The necessity of using the set of institutional norms and rules, routines and constraints for identification, registration and pre-emptive harmonization of the interests of the participants of the national labor market during the formation of information models of reflexive interaction within the framework of building a polysubject environment of market relations using proved. | uk_UA |
