| dc.description.abstract | У галузі сільського господарство використовують устаткування, конструктивні елементи якого зношуються під дією абразивів. Це виводить їх з ладу та спричиняє наступну заміну. Відомий спосіб продовження ресурсу устаткування шляхом наплавлення відновлювальних зносостійких шарів на зношені поверхні елементів з використанням порошкових дротів (ПД) системи Fe-Cr-B-C. Робота присвячена дослідженню впливу горизонтальної вібрації на мікроструктуру наплавленого металу із ПД 80Х20Р3Т. In agriculture, there is application of equipment with the structural elements that are worn under the influence of abrasives. This causes them to fail and to be replaced. A well-known method for extending the life of the equipment by surfacing the restorative wear-resistant layers on the worn surfaces of the elements using the Fe-Cr-B-C powder wire (PW) system. The work is devoted to the investigation of the influence of horizontal vibration on the microstructure of the deposited metal from the ПД 80Х20Р3Т. Therefore, in order to increase the wear resistance of agricultural machinery components, it is advisable to apply surfacing of the Fe-Cr-B-C system. A comparative analysis of technical and economic indicators shows that a slight improvement in the technology of obtaining such surfaces provides an increase in their durability by more than 4 times compared with the applied analogue. | uk_UA |
