| dc.description.abstract | Актуальність роботи. Полягає у розробці гнучкого технологічного процесу механічної обробки для деталі корпус УЯИШ.731347.006 з застосуванням сучасного технологічного обладнання. Практична цінність роботи. Розроблений технологічний процес механічної обробки деталі корпус УЯИШ.731347.006 з використанням сучасного гнучкого технологічного обладнання, що дає можливість підвищити продуктивність випуску продукції. Оцінка найбільш важливої суті роботи виконаної роботи. Проведено аналіз точності та технологічності деталей, розроблено структуру технологічних операцій механічної обробки деталей. Всі прийняті в проекті технічні та технологічні рішення підтверджуються необхідними розрахунками, проведено розрахунки припусків, режимів різання, технічно обґрунтованих норм часу. Relevance of the work. It consists in the development of a flexible technological process of machining of the part housing UYAISH.731347.006 with the use of modern technological equipment. Practical value of the work. A technological process for machining the UYAISH.731347.006 part housing has been developed using modern flexible technological equipment, which allows to increase productivity. Evaluation of the most important essence of the work performed. We analyzed the accuracy and manufacturability of the parts and developed the structure of technological operations for machining the parts. All technical and technological decisions made in the project are supported by necessary calculations, including calculations of allowances, cutting modes and technically sound time standards. | |
