| dc.description.abstract | У бакалаврській роботі на тему «Проект готелю у смт. Затока Одеської області», виконаній студентом Трубіним В.А. під керівництвом канд. техн. наук, доцента Скринніка І.О., розроблено архітектурно-планувальні рішення та комплекс заходів з благоустрою території для нового об'єкта. У архітектурній частині обгрунтовано генеральний план з оптимальним розміщенням будівлі, враховано існуючу забудову (діючий ресторан) та природні обмеження (водоохоронну зону). Результати роботи представляють готовий прикладний проект, який може бути використаний для подальшого розроблення робочої документації та реалізації будівництва готелю в заданих умовах. In the bachelor's thesis on the topic "Hotel Project in the Zatoka Urban-Type Settlement, Odesa Region," completed by student Trubin V.A. under the supervision of Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Skrynnyk I.O., architectural and planning solutions and a set of measures for the improvement of the territory for a new facility have been developed. In the architectural part, the master plan with optimal building placement is justified, taking into account the existing development (an operating restaurant) and natural constraints (a water protection zone). The results of the work represent a ready-made applied project, which can be used for further development of working documentation and the implementation of hotel construction under the given conditions. | |
