Напрями вдосконалення регулювання ринку праці України у сучасних умовах

Abstract

Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає в обґрунтуванні напрямів регулювання ринку праці в умовах воєнного стану та для відбудови України. У роботі здобувачем вирішено наступні завдання: узагальнено теоретичні основи функціонування ринку праці, сфери зайнятості населення та механізму його регулювання; здійснено моніторинг ринку праці України з метою визначення тенденцій та змін у його функціонуванні; охарактеризовано умови та рівень зайнятості уразливих груп населення на ринку праці України; проведено кластерний аналіз ринку праці України у регіональному розрізі; обґрунтовано напрямки регулювання ринку праці стабілізаційного та адаптивного характеру в контексті потреб післявоєнного відновлення України; розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо сприяння зайнятості ветеранів війни на вітчизняному ринку праці на засадах принципів гідної праці. Об'єктом дослідження є напрями регулювання ринку праці України як невід'ємної складової національної економіки. The purpose of the qualification work is to justify the direction of regulation of the labor market in the conditions of martial law and for the reconstruction of Ukraine. In the work, the acquirer solved the following tasks: were summarized the theoretical foundations of the functioning of the labor market, the sphere of employment of the population and the mechanism of its regulation; monitoring of the labor market of Ukraine was carried out in order to determine trends and changes in its functioning; the conditions and level of employment of vulnerable population groups in the labor market of Ukraine were characterized; the cluster analysis of the labor market of Ukraine was carried out regionally; the directions of stabilization and adaptive labor market regulation in the context of the needs of post-war recovery of Ukraine were substantiated; the practical recommendations to promote the employment of war veterans in the domestic labor market based on the principles of decent work have been developed. The object of the study is the directions of regulation of the labor market of Ukraine as an integral component of the national economy.
