| dc.description.abstract | Мета роботи полягає у створенні вдосконаленого технологічного процесу зварювання основи СПД8С 110.000 з метою зниження трудомісткості її виготовлення, підвищення продуктивності праці та зменшення собівартості продукції. Вдосконалення досягається шляхом детального аналізу чинного технологічного процесу, виявлення його недоліків і слабких місць. У роботі також розглядаються особливості конструкції деталей, матеріал, з якого вони виготовляється. Технологічна частина роботи включає вибір відповідного металорізального обладнання, оснащення. У конструкторській частині запропоновано конструкції шаблону та вісі (штиря) та способу контролю без застосування спеціального пристосування. The purpose of the work is to create an improved technological process for welding the base of SPD8S 110.000 in order to reduce the labor intensity of its manufacture, increase labor productivity and reduce the cost of production. Improvement is achieved through a detailed analysis of the current technological process, identifying its shortcomings and weaknesses. The work also considers the design features of the parts, the material from which they are made. The technological part of the work includes the selection of appropriate metalcutting equipment, equipment. In the design part, the designs of the template and axis (pin) and the method of control without the use of special devices are proposed. | |
