| dc.description.abstract | В статті аналізується явище реструктуризації підприємств в економічному середовищі сучасної України, розкривається її сутність, виділяються основні фактори, що впливають на проведення ефективності реструктуризації та окреслюються напрямки їх підвищення. Центральне місце в дослідженні займає розкриття реструктуризації як перспективного напрямку сталого розвитку підприємства в сучасних умовах господарювання, пошук шляхів підвищення ефективності функціонування підприємств в процесі проведення реструктуризації. Обґрунтовується необхідність створення для цього достатніх умов. The article presents the analysis of the process of enterprise restructuring in the economic environment of modern Ukraine. The essence is disclosed and the main factors that influence the effective restructuring were highlighted and the directions of the increase of their efficiency were outlined. The central point of the research is given to the disclosure of restructuring as a perspective trend of sustainable development of an enterprise in modern conditions of economy and the search of the ways of increase of functional efficiency of enterprises in the process of restructuring. The necessity of creation of sufficient conditions for this process was grounded. The actuality of the problem is that generally in Ukraine financial activity of industrial enterprises is not efficient enough, 40% of them are loss-making etc. | uk_UA |
