Abstract
У роботі досліджено теоретичні та методичні аспекти фінансового забезпечення функціонування закладів охорони здоров’я. Поглиблено сутність фінансового забезпечення, охарактеризовано основи функціонування закладів охорони здоров’я. Досліджено підходи до системи фінансування медичних установ.
Досліджено основні показники діяльності КНП «Кіровоградська обласна лікарня Кіровоградської обласної ради». Проаналізовано показники фінансового стану медичного закладу. Визначено вплив фінансового стану КНП «КОЛ КОР» на функціонування закладу.
Розроблено рекомендації щодо покращення процесу фінансового забезпечення функціонування закладів охорони здоров’я, які містять комплекс заходів із розширення джерел їх фінансування. Обґрунтовано пропозиції стосовно запровадження медичного страхування: добровільного та обов’язкового. Запропоновано створення ефективної системи багатоканального фінансування лікувальних установ. Theoretical and methodical aspects of financial support for the functioning of health care institutions were analyzed in the thesis. The essence of the meaning of financial support was deepened and the basics of the functioning of health care institutions were characterized. The approaches to the system of financing of medical institutions were studied.
The main indicators of the activity of the CNE "Kirovohrad Regional Hospital of the Kirovohrad Regional Council" were studied. The indicators of the financial condition of the medical institution were analyzed. The influence of the financial condition of the CNE "Kirovohrad Regional Hospital of the Kirovohrad Regional Council" on the functioning of the institution was determined.
The recommendations for improving the process of financial support for the functioning of health care institutions, which include the set of measures to expand the sources of their funding were developed. The proposals regarding the introduction of voluntary and mandatory health insurance were substantiated. It was proposed to create an effective system of multi-channel financing of medical institutions.
