| dc.description.abstract | Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено підвищенню ефективності післязбиральної обробки ярого ячменю шляхом модернізації аспіраційної системи зерноочисної машини ОВС-25. В роботі збільшено глибину повітряних каналів до 150 мм, спроектовано відцентровий вентилятор діаметром 580 мм та інтегровано осадовий пристрій ІП-6-335. Обґрунтовано технологічні параметри завантаження та робочого повітряного потоку. Впровадження операційної технології забезпечує чистоту зерна 98,0–98,5% при мінімальних втратах до 0,2%. The qualification thesis is dedicated to increasing the efficiency of post-harvest processing of spring barley through the structural modernization of the aspiration system of the grain cleaning machine OVS-25. In this work, the depth of the air channels was increased to 150 mm, an original centrifugal fan with a diameter of 580 mm was designed, and an inertial sedimentation device of the IP-6-335 type was integrated. The technological parameters of the material loading and the operating air flow rate have been mathematically justified. The implementation of the developed operational technology ensures a final grain purity level of 98.0–98.5% with whole grain losses limited to 0.2%.. | |
