Abstract
Метою кваліфікаційної роботи метою є теоретичне та методологічне обґрунтування, а також розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо покращення управління сталим міським розвитком, з акцентом на впровадження проєктного підходу. Досягнення цілей передбачає вирішення таких завдань: заглиблення в фундаментальні концепції ефективного управління сталим розвитком міських територій; вивчення зусиль Європейського Союзу щодо ефективного контролю за сталим розвитком міських територій; проведення оцінки сталого розвитку міст в Україні; оцінка ефективності управління сталим розвитком міста Кропивницький; удосконалення інтегрованої системи управління сталим розвитком міст в умовах реалізації реформи децентралізації; розробка пропозицій щодо впровадження проєктного підходу в управлінні сталим розвитком міста. Об'єктом дослідження є сталий розвиток міських територій, предметом – процес ефективного управління сталим розвитком міста Кропивницький.
The purpose of the qualification work is theoretical and methodological substantiation, as well as the development of practical recommendations for improving the management of sustainable urban development, with an emphasis on the implementation of a project approach. Achieving the goals involves solving the following tasks: delving into the fundamental concepts of effective management of the sustainable development of urban areas; study of the European Union's efforts to effectively control the sustainable development of urban areas; assessment of the sustainable development of cities in Ukraine; assessment of the effectiveness of management of sustainable development of the city of Kropyvnytskyi; improvement of the integrated management system for the sustainable development of cities in the context of the implementation of the decentralization reform; development of proposals for the implementation of a project approach in the management of sustainable development of the city. The object of the study is the sustainable development of urban territories, the subject is the process of effective management of the sustainable development of the city of Kropyvnytskyi.
