| dc.description.abstract | Метою роботи є дослідження процесу розгортання отворів, виявлення негативних особливостей даного процесу та розробка рекомендацій по усуненню таких особливостей та явищ на прикладі розгортання отворів деталі корпус. В роботі виконано: опис процесу розгортання отворів; проаналізовано негативне явище процесу розгортання, а саме огранювання отвору; розглянуто причини виникнення огранювання отворів; виконано пошук відомих варіантів боротьби із огранюванням та досліджено відомі конструкції розверток, які усувають огранювання; проаналізовано базовий технологічний процес виготовлення деталі корпус, виявлено його переваги та недоліки; розроблено прогресивний технологічний процес; вибрані металорізальні верстати, затискні, допоміжні та контрольні пристрої; розраховано припуски, режими різання та норми часу; розроблено удосконалену конструкцію розвертки для обробки отворів деталі корпус, яка дозволить усунути явище огранювання отвору; виконано необхідні економічні розрахунки. Актуальність: підвищення точності отвору отриманого розгортанням шляхом зменшення або усунення ефекту огранювання в процесі розгортання. Наукова новизна: запропоновано конструкцію розвертки зубці якої розташовані з нерівномірним кроком та у якої зубці зміщені на 4° відносно їх симетричного розташування. Передні кути на двох сусідніх зубцях виконані різними і становлять 2°і 3° відповідно. Запропоновані зміни дадуть можливість збалансувати різальний інструмент та зменшити ефект огранювання при розгортанні отворів. The purpose of the work is the research the process of reaming holes, to identify negative features of this process and to develop recommendations for eliminating such features and phenomena using the example of reaming holes in a housing part The work includes description of the hole reaming process; the negative phenomenon of the reaming process, namely the cutting of the hole, is analyzed; the causes of hole cutting are considered; a search for known options for combating polygonal deformation was performed and known reamer designs that eliminate polygonal deformation were investigated; the basic technological process of manufacturing the housing part was analyzed, its advantages and disadvantages were identified; a progressive technological process has been developed; selected metal-cutting machines, clamping, auxiliary and control devices; allowances, cutting modes and time standards are calculated; an improved design of the reamer for processing the holes of the housing part has been developed, which will eliminate the phenomenon of polygonal deformation of the hole; performed the necessary economic calculations. Relevance: increasing the accuracy of the hole obtained by the reaming by reducing or eliminating the effect of polygonal deformation during the reaming process. Scientific novelty: After analyzing the reamers in which the teeth are located with an uneven pitch, a construction of the reamer in which the teeth are shifted by 4° relative to their symmetrical arrangement is proposed. The front angles on two adjacent teeth are different and are 2° and 3°, respectively. The proposed changes will make it possible to balance the cutting tool and reduce the effect of polygonal deformation during reaming hole process. | |
