| dc.description.abstract | В представленій роботі виконано детальний аналіз технологічного процесу виробництва озимого ріпаку в господарських умовах, визначені його біологічні особливості та сфери використання. Проведено розрахунок технологічного процесу та обґрунтування засобів механізації, які використовуються в процесі виробництва цієї культури. Доведена необхідність здійснення глибокого безполицевого обробітку ґрунту та запропоновано вдосконалення існуючої технології шляхом проведення основного обробітку у вигляді глибокого обробітку чизельним плугом глибокорозпушувачем. В результаті модернізації плуга глибокорозпушувача було вдосконалено конструкцію чизельної лапи, а саме запропоновано на стійку встановлювати додаткові вертикальні деформатори у вигляді крил обтічної форми типу дельфінячий хвіст. Це дало змогу підвищити ефективність кришення ґрунту, покращити якість підрізання кореневої системи бур’янів та диференційовано регулювати параметри гребеня на дні борозни. Розроблені заходи з охорони праці, які забезпечують безпечну роботу з вдосконаленим агрегатом. In the presented work, a detailed analysis of the technological process of winter rapeseed production in economic conditions was performed, its biological features and areas of use were determined. The calculation of the technological process and justification of the means of mechanization, which are used in the production process of this culture, were carried out. The necessity of carrying out deep plowless tillage of the soil has been proven and it is proposed to improve the existing technology by carrying out the main tillage in the form of deep tillage with a chisel plow with a deep loosener. As a result of the modernization of the deep loosener plow, the design of the chisel paw was improved, namely, it was proposed to install additional vertical deformers on the rack in the form of wings of a streamlined dolphin tail type. This made it possible to increase the efficiency of soil crushing, improve the quality of trimming the root system of weeds, and differentially adjust the parameters of the ridge at the bottom of the furrow. Labor protection measures have been developed that ensure safe work with the improved unit. | uk_UA |
