| dc.description.abstract | За результатами аналізу нормативних вимог до громадських будівель і відомих архітектурно-планувальних та конструктивних рішень багатоповерхових будівель попередньо визначені основні планувальні та конструктивні рішення туристичного готельного комплексу. Виходячи з завдання та вимог чинних нормативних документів, розроблене архітектурно планувальне рішення туристичного готельного комплексу, призначене для тимчасового проживання 198 осіб. Розроблені конструктивні рішення стін, перекриття і покриття багатоповерхового будинку, придатні для зведення та експлуатації на усій території міста Кропивницького. Ці рішення обґрунтуванні теплотехнічними та конструктивними розрахунками на найбільші в межах області кліматичні навантаження і впливи. Розроблена технологічна карта на влаштування нульового циклу , а також описані принципові технологічні рішення щодо технології виконання інших будівельних робіт. Розроблені заходи з ідентифікації й аналізу шкідливих і небезпечних факторів у проектованому об'єкті. Запроєктований туристичний готельний комплекс для тимчасового проживання 198 осіб. According to the results of the analysis of regulatory requirements for public buildings and known architectural, planning and structural solutions of multi-storey buildings, the main planning and structural solutions of the tourist hotel complex were pre-determined. Based on the tasks and requirements of current regulatory documents, an architectural planning solution for a tourist hotel complex designed for temporary accommodation of 198 people was developed. Constructive solutions for the walls, ceilings and covering of a multi-story building have been developed, suitable for construction and operation throughout the entire territory of the city of Kropyvnytskyi. These decisions are substantiated by thermal engineering and structural calculations for the largest climatic loads and influences within the region. A technological map for the installation of the zero cycle was developed, as well as the basic technological solutions regarding the technology of performing other construction works were described. Measures for the identification and analysis of harmful and dangerous factors in the designed facility have been developed. The designed tourist hotel complex for temporary accommodation of 198 people. | |
