| dc.description.abstract | В роботі розглянуто вдосконалення техноголії вирощування соняшника шляхом підвищення ефективності роботи зерноочисної машини БЛС-100. В процесі виконання проведено розрахунок технологічного процесу очищення соняшника та обґрунтування окремих засобів механізації, що використовуються в процесі виробництва насіння соняшника. В результаті розроблено операційно-технологічну карту на післязбиральну обробку насіння соняшнику, розраховано основні параметри вдосконаленої пневмосистеми зерноочисної машини А1-БЛС-100, що дозволяють суттєво покращити взаємодію матеріалу з повітряним потоком та підвищити ефективність виділення важких та соломистих часток. The paper examines the improvement of sunflower cultivation technology by increasing the efficiency of the grain cleaning machine BLS-100. In the process of implementation, the calculation of the technological process of sunflower cleaning and justification of individual means of mechanization used in the process of sunflower seed production was carried out. As a result, an operational and technological map for the post-harvest processing of sunflower seeds was developed, the main parameters of the improved pneumatic system of the grain cleaning machine A1-BLS-100 were calculated, which allow to significantly improve the interaction of the material with the air flow and increase the efficiency of the separation of heavy and straw particles. | uk_UA |
