| dc.description.abstract | В роботі проведені теоретичні і аналітичні дослідження процесу прикочування ґрунту під час операції посіву сівалкою УПС 8. Вони показали, що характер поширення деформацій у ґрунтовому середовищі під впливом котка, залежить від навантаження, форми обода і часу його впливу на ґрунт. Максимальне ущільнення утвориться в зоні безпосереднього контакту обода з поверхнею ґрунту. Ущільнення ґрунту обумовлюється його физико - механічними властивостями і є залежним від питомого тиску, швидкості руху і конструктивних параметрів котків посівних машин. Розроблена конструкція прикочуючого котка сівалки УПС 8, дає можливість значно покращити процес прикочування насіння соняшника і покращити умови для нього у вегетаційний період. In the work, theoretical and analytical studies of the process of soil rolling during the sowing operation with a planter UPS 8 were carried out. They showed that the nature of the spread of deformations in the soil environment under the influence of the roller depends on the load, the shape of the rim and the time of its impact on the soil. The maximum compaction will be formed in the zone of direct contact of the rim with the soil surface. Soil compaction is determined by its physical and mechanical properties and is dependent on the specific pressure, speed of movement and design parameters of seeding machine rollers. The developed design of the rolling roller of the UPS 8 planter makes it possible to significantly improve the process of rolling sunflower seeds and improve the conditions for it during the growing season. | uk_UA |
