Abstract
В статті обґрунтовано доцільність використання дискового плуга в складних грунтових умовах, де використання полицевого плуга є проблематичним. На основі аналітичних досліджень запропонована конструкція і наведені раціональні параметри плуга для умов півдня України. Особливість запропонованого конструктивного рішення полягає в тому, що диски плуга встановлені з можливістю
зміни кутів постановки до вертикалі і напрямку руху. Це дозволяє отримувати наперед обумовлені показники якості розпушення грунту в різних грунтових умовах. Наведені результати експериментальних досліджень підтверджують основні положення виконаних аналітичних досліджень. Summary of the work
Based on the conducted analytical studies the disk setting angles with respect to the vertical line and direction of the movement of the implement providing the best indicators of quality of soil pulverization under the soil conditions of the southern Ukraine were substantiated. A rational design scheme of the plough which provides the minimum value of the transverse component of traction resistance has been given. The paper presents the results of assessment of the quality of soil pulverization by screening of the
collected samples on the sizing screen in real operating conditions. Conclusions. As a result of the field studies the following rational structural design parameters have
been defined:
– disk diameter, mm – 660;
– disk surface curvature, mm – 620;
– disk setting angle with respect to the direction of movement, degrees – 38-42;
– disk setting angle with respect to the vertical, degrees – 22-26.
A significant advantage of the plough is that its five-housing option can be aggregated with the tractor class 14 kN, while the regular share plough with class 30 kN.
