Abstract
У навчальному посібнику комплексно висвітлено теоретичні основи та практичні аспекти організації будівництва, технічної експлуатації та ремонту будівель. Видання охоплює весь життєвий цикл будівельного об'єкта: від підготовки будівельного майданчика та календарного планування до системи планово-запобіжних ремонтів та реконструкції. Детально розглянуто нормативне забезпечення будівельної галузі, порядок оформлення дозвільної документації, розробку проектно-технологічної документації (ПОБ і ПВР), потокові методи організації будівництва. Значну увагу приділено питанням технічної експлуатації конструктивних елементів (фундаментів, стін, перекриттів, дахів) та інженерних систем будівель, методам діагностики технічного стану, оцінці фізичного та морального зношення. Окремий розділ присвячено технологіям відновлення та підсилення конструкцій при реконструкції, включаючи сучасні методи ремонту фундаментів, вертикальних та горизонтальних несучих елементів, покрівель.
Навчальний посібник призначений для здобувачів вищої освіти за спеціальністю 192 "Будівництво та цивільна інженерія", а також для фахівців будівельної галузі та житловокомунального господарства. The textbook comprehensively covers the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of the organisation of construction, technical operation and repair of buildings. The publication covers the entire life cycle of a construction project: from site preparation and scheduling to a system of planned preventive repairs and reconstruction. The regulatory framework for the construction industry, the procedure for obtaining permits, the development of design and technological documentation (POB and PVR), flow methods of construction organisation, the organisation of construction and repair work, and the organisation of safety and health protection are examined in detail. The publication is intended for students, postgraduates and teachers of higher educational institutions specialising in construction. It provides a detailed overview of the regulatory framework for the construction industry, the procedure for obtaining permits, the development of design and technological documentation (POB and PVR), and flow methods of construction organisation.
