| dc.description.abstract | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вирішенню практичної задачі підвищення надійності механізму підйому сошників зернотукової сівалки СЗ-3,6А, спрямованої на уникнення аварійних ситуацій в процесі транспортування машини. У роботі здійснено огляд будови і роботи сівалки, в ході якого визначені її переваги і недоліки. Розраховано основні конструкційні параметри робочих органів сівалки СЗ-3,6А. Запропоновано оригінальну конструкцію механізму підйому сошників із автоблокуванням у транспортному положенні без застосування додаткових елементів. Елементи модернізованого механізму наведені у графічній частині проєкту. The qualification work is dedicated to solving the practical problem of increasing the reliability of the seed drill coulter lifting mechanism of the SZ-3.6A grain-fertilizer seeder, aimed at avoiding emergency situations during machine transportation. The work includes a review of the seeder’s structure and operation, identifying its advantages and disadvantages. The main structural parameters of the working elements of the SZ-3.6A seeder have been calculated. An original design of the coulter lifting mechanism with auto-locking in the transport position without the use of additional elements is proposed. The elements of the modernized mechanism are presented in the graphical part of the project. | |
