| dc.description.abstract | Метою роботи є дослідження технологічних характеристик процесу та розробка технології для розмірної обробки електричною дугою деталей складного профілю електродами-інструментами з різних матеріалів. Описано особливості вибору матеріалу для електрод-інструмента для розмірної обробки електричною дугою, описано особливості розробки конструкції електрод-інструмента. Досліджено та описано технологічні характеристики процесу розмірної обробки електричною дугою за умов обробки електрод-інструментами з різних матеріалів, а саме його електричні і гідродинамічні характеристики, та отримано математичні моделі продуктивності процесу обробки, шорсткості обробленої поверхні, зносу електрода-інструмента та міжелектродного зазору. The aim of the work is to study the technological characteristics of the process and develop a technology for dimensional processing of parts of complex profile by electric arc with electrode tools made of different materials. The features of the choice of material for the electrode tool for dimensional processing by electric arc are described, the features of the development of the electrode tool design are described. The technological characteristics of the process of dimensional processing by electric arc under the conditions of processing by electrode tools made of different materials, namely its electrical and hydrodynamic characteristics, are studied and described, and mathematical models of the productivity of the processing process, the roughness of the processed surface, wear of the electrode tool and the interelectrode gap are obtained. | |
