| dc.description.abstract | Аналізуючи різноманітні конструкції сошників приходимо до висновку, що краще за інші можуть працювати на різних по підготовці полях сошники з гострим кутом входження. Але, як відомо, сошники з гострим кутом входження погано формують борозну, тому що долото (або наральник) виступає вниз від щік лійки сошника на достатньо велику відстань, щоб уникнути забивання ґрунтом лійки знизу при опусканні сошника на поверхню поля. І це заважає краще формувати борозну. Виходячи з аналізу цих недоліків розроблена оригінальна конструкція сошника. Особливістю його є те, що за долотом розташована формуюча п’ятка, яка формує профіль борозни після долота, у яку висипається з лійки насіння. Завершує загортання насіння ущільнююча п‘ятка, яка виконує функцію ущільнення ґрунту у зоні залягання насіння. Analyzing various designs of openers, we come to the conclusion that openers with a sharp entry angle can work better than others on fields with different preparation. But, as you know, openers with a sharp angle of entry do not form a furrow well, because the chisel (or auger) protrudes downwards from the cheeks of the opener funnel for a sufficiently large distance to avoid clogging the funnel with soil from below when the opener is lowered onto the field surface. And this prevents better formation of the furrow. Based on the analysis of these shortcomings, the original design of the opener was developed. Its peculiarity is that behind the chisel there is a forming heel, which forms the profile of the furrow after the chisel, into which the seeds are poured from the watering can. The sealing heel completes the wrapping of the seeds, which performs the function of compacting the soil in the area where the seeds lie. | uk_UA |
