The main trends in changes in employment structure, the development of new forms of work, and increasing requirements for professional competencies are analyzed. A comparative analysis of the impact of digitalization on labor markets in developed and developing countries is conducted, as well as the specific features of these processes in Ukraine are identified. The study substantiates key directions for adapting the labor market to the conditions of the digital economy, including the modernization of the education system, the development of digital skills, and the improvement of employment policy mechanisms. | |
