    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена проблемі функціонування електронних сервісів у бібліотечній справі. Розглянуто розвиток та особливості функціонування онлайн-сервісів у бібліотеках, проаналізовано електронні форми інформаційних ресурсів бібліотечних установ, схарактеризовано сервісні web-послуги сучасної бібліотеки. Здійснено SWOT-аналіз електронних сервісів вітчизняних бібліотек, визначено проблемні аспекти розвитку електронних сервісів у бібліотечній справі. Накреслено перспективи розвитку онлайн-сервісів у бібліотеках в умовах цифровізації. The qualification work is devoted to the problem of the functioning of electronic services in library affairs. The development and peculiarities of the functioning of online services in libraries are considered, the electronic forms of information resources of library institutions are analyzed, and the web services of a modern library are characterized. A SWOT analysis of electronic services of domestic libraries was carried out, problematic aspects of the development of electronic services in librarianship were identified. The prospects for the development of online services in libraries in the conditions of digitization are outlined.
