У статті розглянуто еволюцію основних теорій, що пояснюють трудову міграцію населення,
запропоновано систему факторів впливу на міжнародну трудову міграцію. Особливу увагу приділено
аналізу чинників зовнішньої трудової міграції населення України на основі використання основних
положень теорії «притягання-виштовхування». This article considers the evolution of migration theories which explain labor migration and proposes
the system of factors which influence international labor migration of population. Special emphasis is made on
the analysis of factors which cause external labor migration of Ukrainian population taking into account key
points of the migration theory of push-pull factors.
