    Розробка технології лиття в кокіль виливка «Корпус» з підвищенням якості литва на основі дослідження термодинаміки процесу рафінування металу

    Вибрано ливарне обладнання та описано роботу ливарного цеху. Розроблено технологію лиття в кокіль виливка «Корпус». Досліджено дослідження термодинаміки процесу рафінування металу. Актуальність роботи полягає у розробці технології лиття в кокіль виливка «Корпус» з використанням сучасного високопродуктивного ливарного обладнання. На основі комп’ютерного аналізу термодинамічних характеристик хімічних реакцій що протікають при рафінуванні алюмінієвих сплавів досліджено вплив хімічного складу рафінуючих препаратів на інтенсивність процесу рафінування та розроблено рекомендації щодо удосконалення процесу. The foundry equipment is selected and the work of the foundry is described. The technology of casting the “Corpus” casting in a kokil is developed. The study of the thermodynamics of the metal refining process is investigated. The relevance of the work lies in the development of the technology of casting the “Korpus” casting in a kokil using modern high-performance casting equipment. Based on a computer analysis of the thermodynamic characteristics of chemical reactions occurring during the refining of aluminum alloys, the influence of the chemical composition of refining agents on the intensity of the refining process was investigated and recommendations for improving the process were developed.
