Висвітлено світові та вітчизняні тенденції мотивації праці. Проаналізовано причини неефективної мотивації праці в Україні. Доведено необхідність вибору нової парадигми соціально-економічної мотивації праці. Розкрито сутність методологічних засад формування соціально-економічного мотиваційного механізму конкурентоспроможної праці. The world and domestic trends of the labour motivation have been considered in the article. The author scrutinizes the reasons of ineffective labour motivation in Ukraine and proves the necessity of choice of a new paradigm of the social and economic labour motivation. The essence of the methodological foundations of social and economic motivational mechanism of the competitive labour has been also worked out.
