Висновки за підсумками випускної кваліфікаційної роботи дають змогу підвищити рівень документаційної діяльності досліджуваного підприємства. Основні положення дослідження доречно буде включити до практичних посібників та інструкцій працівників відділів діловодства підприємств, а також внести до лекційних курсів закладів вищої освіти з таких дисциплін: «Документознавство», «Інформаційний менеджмент», «Діловодство». In the qualification work a comprehensive study of the electronic document management of VAT "Kirovogradgaz" was performed. Conclusions on the results of the final qualification work allow to increase the level of documentation activities of the researched enterprise. The main provisions of the study it will be appropriate to include in the practical manuals and instructions of employees of the departments of office work, as well as to include in the lecture courses of higher education institutions in the following disciplines: "Documentation", "Information Management", "Office".
