Проаналізовано основні тенденції розвитку машинобудівних підприємств за останні чотири роки. Уточнено сутність поняття «інноваційна стратегія». Проаналізовано та оцінено можливі види інноваційних стратегій. Запропоновано послідовність формування інноваційної стратегії розвитку підприємств машинобудівного комплексу України. In today's economic conditions for managing the efficient functioning of the enterprises of the machinebuilding industry, the transition to an innovative way of development, which should become the key to radical renewal and modernization of all sectors of the economy of the country, is very important. The purpose of this article is to determine the essence of the concept of «innovative strategy» and the substantiation of the main stages of its formation for enterprises of the machine-building industry in Ukraine. The feasibility of developing an innovative strategy for the development of the machine-building industry in Ukraine is justified. The main trends of changes in the structure of engineering products over the past four years are analyzed. It was found that in 2016 in comparison with 2010 the number of enterprises in the industry decreased by 5.4%, the number of employees decreased by 28.4% with the volume of sales realized by 9.8%. As a result, the level of labor productivity increased by 53.3%, which is more related to inflation processes. In analyzing the approaches to defining the essence of the concept of «innovation strategy», it was established that the authors focus on such aspects as novelty for the enterprise, the consistency of managerial decisions, the transformation of the state of the enterprise and technological opportunities for this, orientation to international markets and the achievement of innovation efficiency. Such an interpretation of the concept of «innovation strategy» is adopted – planned changes that open the way for the enterprise to take the path of innovative development, development of new types of products, entering new markets, increasing competitiveness and as one of the components on the path to future development in the future. The basic characteristics and conditions for using seven innovative strategies are analyzed. The sequence of forming an innovative strategy for the development of enterprises of the machinebuilding complex of Ukraine is proposed.Item Обґрунтування вибору результативного методу мотивації персоналу(ЦНТУ, 2017) Гречуха, О. В.; Захарова, О. В.; Hrechukha, О.; Zakharova, О.Обґрунтовано доцільність більш глибокого дослідження підходів до обґрунтування вибору результативного методу мотивації персоналу. Проаналізовано переваги та недоліки основних видів мотивації персоналу, доцільні межі використання кожного методу. Обґрунтовано систему індикаторів результативності обраних методів мотивації персоналу. Для кожного показника здійснено економічну інтерпретацію щодо впливу мотиваційних інструментів на динаміку значень ключових трудових показників. The purpose of the article is to justify the expediency of a deeper study of approaches to justifying the choice of an effective method of motivating staff at the enterprise. Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the main types of staff motivation, the appropriate limits for the use of each method. The system of indicators of efficiency of separate methods of personnel motivation is substantiated, which allows to comprehensively assessing the main components of the successful operation of the enterprise. These indicators include: labor productivity; coefficients of turnover of young and promising workers; the utilization rate of jobs in the most busy shift; the level of staffing; average wage growth rate due to investing in human capital; the ratio of the average monthly salary of managers and employees; the proportion of employees who received material rewards for their work; the ratio of the growth rates of labor productivity and wages; the proportion of employees working in conditions that do not meet the current sanitary and hygienic standards. For each indicator, an economic interpretation is made of the influence of motivational tools on the dynamics of the values of key labor indicators. The effectiveness of the choice of the method of motivating the staff directly affects the final results of the department's activities, so this aspect of strategic development of the company management should be given enough attention.
